Good program, saw results

I started the T2 Diabetes Reversal Program. It was a good experience. My blood sugar numbers improved quickly. The app was easy to use. I was happy with the outcome.

Effective but could improve support

I enrolled in the Rewind T2 Diabetes Reversal Program a few months ago, and I did see some positive changes in my health markers, which was great. The Personalized Nutrition Plan they gave me was helpful, and the Continuous Glucose Monitor Integration made tracking easy. However, while the Health Mentor Support was generally good, I sometimes felt like the responses were a bit generic. A little more personalized feedback would have made a big difference. Overall, it's a solid program for the price, but there's room to refine the individual coaching aspect.

Good value for a big change

I was looking into options for pre-diabetes prevention and Rewind caught my eye. I used an introductory offer, which made the cost much more manageable for my budget. I was able to use my HSA funds, which was a huge plus and really helped with the overall expense. The Educational Curriculum was thorough, and I felt like I was getting a lot for what I paid. I compared it to some other programs, and with the discount and HSA eligibility, this felt like the best value. I'm glad I chose Rewind; it was a worthwhile investment in my health.

Are there ever any deals for new members? Or like, a referral bonus if someone already in the program refers you?

L Laura 1 month ago
Yeah, they often have introductory offers or new member discounts. Keep an eye out around seasonal peaks like January or September.

My friend got a referral bonus when I signed up last year. I think it was a link they sent me that automatically applied a discount at checkout.

How does Rewind stack up against something like Virta Health? I'm trying to decide between the two.

T Todd D. 1 month ago
I looked at both. Rewind felt a bit more structured with the coaching and app integration. Virta's good too, but Rewind's approach seemed a little more personalized for me.

They're pretty similar in their goals. Rewind focuses a lot on the metabolic health interventions and has pretty solid clinical backing. I'd say check out both their approaches to see which resonates more with what you're looking for.

Thinking of signing up for Rewind, but curious about the cost. Is it super expensive, or do they have different plans?

E Elena Foster 1 month ago
It's not exactly cheap, but I found it pretty reasonable for what you get. They have a few options, and you can definitely use HSA/FSA funds which helps a lot.

They don't really publicize the exact price upfront on the site, which is kinda annoying. You usually find out more after an initial consultation or something, I think. But yeah, payment plans and HSA are usually options.

What's the deal with canceling or getting a refund if it's not working out? Is it a hassle?

S Steve Foster 1 month ago
Canceling was pretty straightforward for me, no big drama. Just followed the steps in my account settings.

I haven't had to cancel, but from what I remember reading, they have a pretty clear refund policy. It's not like you're locked in forever without options, I think it depends on how far you are into the program.
